I don't understand the bad reviews. This place was amazing tonight! We were greeted by a super sweet waitress, seated, Chris our server, who is amazing, had us served with drinks in about five minutes and food in about 15 from walk in, and we enjoyed the food. Everything was perfect. Chris was on it! We never went without drinks or being checked in on. He is exceptional and needs a raise or a bonus! Friendly staff and fast service despite a big game night for the college national basketball championship game.
I'm from Vegas and came down here for work, stop by at this location for lunch and I would say this is the best, Cameron was a amazing bartender recommend great choices of beers from the tap, friendly,attentive and all around what a amazing bartender should be!!! Definitely saving this location for the next time im down here.
I don't know what the deal is. I haven't been here for a few years, but every rime I come here, the service is fine and the food is what it is. It isn't a gourmet meal so don't come here expecting one. It's fine for what it is.
We stopped by yesterday around 4pm. Upon checking in, I asked the hostess if we could get a booth since we were a party of 5; two children, my teen son, my husband and myself. Hostess said it would be a 15min wait to clean up a booth, I told her it would be okay. We get our table about 20 mins later. We get sat in a half booth, again I asked her for the booth but she said either half booth or a table. We agreed on the half booth but I did notice there was 2 clean booth available. Our server was really good. She was attentive and provided great customer service. Food arrived hot and fresh. Everything was really good and again server was great! My only concern, shortly after the hostess sat us. She sat two other parties in the booths I asked for. & they were 2 people sitting in those big booths while we had to grab a chair so my son could sit at the end of the table. That was disappointing as we waited for one of the those tables and she sat only 2 people in each of those bigger booths while us a party of 5 had to sit uncomfortable. It was bummer. I've been to this location a few times and this hostess isn't very friendly or welcoming as a restaurant host should be. Hopefully there can be some improvement on this. Thank you to our server and kitchen staff!
I've been to BWWs in Riverside and Eastvale and their service overall.....thumbs down!!!!!! BUT, this Palm Desert location...definitely thumbs up!!!! We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Mind you, it was a party of 12 and we got seated right as away. Our server, Roman, was super tentative AND our food came out in less than 15 minutes!!!! We didn't wait like an hour for our food like the other establishments in the IE. Their wings didn't fail either
